You please create a thread in scam and accusation section to report about it bro. Many scam reports use to done by there. That will make people to aware of these kind of scam.
Personally this is first time I am hearing that someone loosing the fund in XMR. Many people reported btc hacked only but this is little different.

I think it's just really really really slow right now. I use Changelly all the time but this is the longest I have ever waited. I wish they had a phone number that you could call. I am very worried about the payment I sent them and have not had anything exchanged. I will not stop emailing them until this issue is resolved or stop posting until resolved.

I like Changelly they have always worked with any issues and resolved them. Just have some patience as the network is very very slow.
