account disabled on Bittrex

Please I need help with anyone who has access to someone who works with bittrex. My account was disabled because I had opened another account during my long wait for this original account to be enhanced verified. I never got to use the 2nd account which I opened, because it was disabled immediately i submitted my documents for enhanced verification. I didnt know that they would still go ahead and disable the first account, which has funds in it. Please that money inside is my rent money, and now i m on the verge of been thrown out. ANYBODY who has a direct link to a support staff should help me out.
I have opened tickets with number 466357 and 805410.
