Let's make this clear one last time. Ignore cheap propaganda and learn how to think on your own.

Who owns Bitcoin? Nobody. Bitcoin has no owner. Bitcoin has segwit and will soon implement lightning network which will make transactions FREE.

Why owns Bcash? Bitmain. A little mining farm in China owns and controls Bcash. According to Bitmain, everyone can use Bcash but only centralized mining farms can mine it and control the network. Bcash is not decentralized, has NO segwit, the blocks are too big for anybody to run full nodes.

The whole point of blockchain is to be decentralized. Being centralized makes it WORSE than the current system we already have.
