Is there a single wallet for Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Superbitcoin, BitcoinX etc, Like Ethereum based coins can be stored on MEW etc?

Simple answer, no. Long answer: No, because there isn't any way to implement something like that in an effective manner, since most people don't even use half of those coins and the chances of there being people actually making use of that quantity of alts is incredibly unlikely. Your best bet would be to use an exchange as a pseudo-wallet and just have their on-site storage as a means of storing your tokens. Sure it's not safe but you can't exactly find dedicated wallet devs who are interested in slapping together wallets for a ton of different (and essentially no-name cryptocurrencies).
