I see this site which shows transaction percentage using segwit:
http://segwit.party/charts/

But is there anything which shows what % of full nodes are running segwit code?

Thanks.

There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, but full nodes are more resource-heavy, and they must do a lengthy initial syncing process. As a result, lightweight clients with somewhat less security are commonly used.

According to http://luke.dashjr.org/programs/bitcoin/files/charts/segwit.html, 92.81% of Bitcoin nodes use Segwit. You can verify this data yourself by looking at http://luke.dashjr.org/programs/bitcoin/files/charts/software.html. Bitcoin Core 0.13.1 and above (so BItcoin Core 0.14.x, Bitcoin Core 0.15.x, etc.) all support segwit.

Thanks for that.  Is there any way of knowing if people are running modified code?
