Readme-qt.rst does not have Windows version

For bitcoin compile in doc folder I found the file readme-rst but there is not Windows compile method in it
Only Mac and Debian
How to find Windows?

For what? Bitcoin? There is no readme-qt.rst file in the Bitcoin Core source docs.
