transaction stuck for 17 days

posted about 2 issues I am having but thinking this transaction being stuck is causing the error code that is not allowing me to send funds

sent from blockchain to gemini wallet using Mozilla firefox on windows.

i have never had this issue when i let blockchain pick fees but for some reason they put a very small amount.

what is terrible is i cannot send anything out of my wallet to pay a site cause of the error code i am getting. those free sites did nothing. any other options?

since all addresses are yours, you can do CPFP or double spend tx
if you do CPFP, just use one of the unspent in that tx and set tx enough to cover both txs
if you do double spend attempt, you have to extract privkeys of inputs from bc.info

ive done multiple transactions in the past 17 days. but now for the last 3 i get an error when trying to send.

blockchain has been useless in helping as I have sent 12 emails in last 2 weeks with zero help

With blockchain giving me an error code anytime i try and send anywhere. what is best way to get resolved?
