No.  Edit to add reason for no.  I think the winner will be quite happy instantly having a tray from each of the first 3 years pandas were offered in metric weight.  Great way to start the series.

I think their back end servers are overloaded, neither via or ltc can be sent - "Try again later". Blockchain.info is having issues as well. To top it off, My local XMR wallet is corrupt so I'm restoring that now from seed. At this rate, paper looks mighty good right now!
