I agree with you,and in general i think no serious and responsible project will offer huge bonus,as its not simply needed-if project is well thought and team is capable-interest will be good anyway.

Yes,that thing is mostly reserved for shitty pump and dump projects,IVEP is way too serious for that kind of thing.
