hello as the title says i can't find a good place to buy ETH? I've tried cex.io but that site it's completely shit and has 0 support! and has my money in there for 3 days now, almost want to chargeback on bank but i need another alternative to buy with CC

You can use a credit/debit card on Coinbase.

coinbase it's not allowed in my country otherwise would've used it..
