My dream Alt Coin

Hi!

Please ignore my ignorance and focus on the question if you have a helpful answer for me :-)

So, I’m looking for a cryptocurrency that has or can have:

1. Pool/distributed mining as a core feature
2. Supply limited by a selection of one or more macro economic figures, e.g. inflation, minimum living wage in the country where the mining takes places, etc. instead of an increasing level of difficulty
3. A level of processing power required to mine the crypto currency that always stays low as a consequence
4. Doesn’t require Bitcoin as an intermediary to be purchased

Can’t think else right now, but my question is basically: is there such a crypto or someone working on one.
