Transactions are not confirming anymore

Hi,
Please help. I'm not an expert in the technical side of things with bitcoin. I withdrew 0.0585054 BTC from a mining platform to my address, this is the transaction 11d3bfe7e0e9a5771f9a2b97b1d14f4a59b71d515aaf83222871b941aeb280b9  but it's not confirming after 24 hours. A day before that I withdrew from same platform to same address and it took a few hours.

It shows as unconfirmed on Blockchain.info what should I do?

The Bitcoin network is currently under a little stress, therefore the network is congested. Transactions will take longer, and depending on your luck is when it will be confirmed. You'll be waiting longer if the mining pool sent smaller than average fees. You can try accelerating it via some free accelerators, other than that you'll just have to wait for it to be confirmed.
