You can not do nothing, dont try those shitty accelerators because most of them are not working right now. There are more than 270 of unconfirmed transactions on the mempool, your TX is not going to go through with your actual fee's rate. Just pray to see it going through in the upcoming days, nothing more.

My question is, will it be dropped by the network ?

Well usually it will 3 days for your transaction to be posted in mempool if the transaction is still unconfirmed for 3 days the mempool will drop the transaction the coins will be sent back to the sender however in your case, the transaction keeps posted for 12 days which it should be dropped 9 days ago unless your sender or you are keeping it posted by using pushtx i suggest that you should use viabtc transaction accelerator although you will still wait for hours if you are lucky get in without the accelerator you transaction will not confirmed forever unless the mempool drops it.

Which wallet are you using? It may be possible to re-broadcast the transaction with a higher fee so that it confirms. This feature is called replace-by-fee and as far as I'm aware Electrum and other modern wallets support it. Otherwise you're out of luck. The transaction may stay on the mempool for a very long time until it is confirmed.
You could try to use an accelerator which will include your transaction in the next block that a pool mines, but due to extremely high network congestion they're probably unavailable.

the actual transaction in bitcoin is very easy if we really understand it, but actually the transaction in bitcoin is indeed more complicated than the transaction using cash or using credit cards that do not need a lot of time. but bitcoin is the current digital currency trend

And we see it - again! - the clear reason why Bitcoin is utterly useless as a currency and only serves as a speculative get-rich-quick scheme by people too blind to see they are headed for a complete collapse

I also had a similar situation, used all sorts of accelerators, but it was useless... the transaction was completed successfully after about 30 days.

My question is, will it be dropped by the network ? probably never. being dropped out of the mempool is more of a luck thing in my experience than any logical thing. the default setting for keeping a transaction in the mempool is 2 weeks in bitcoin core but the thing is, each node has its own mempool so one node may have it set on 2 weeks and another at a couple of days or even never! and as long as some nodes have your transaction, it means it won't be dropped.

Unfortunately, at the moment, we can not understand when the situation with transactions will change. The problems with high cost have bothered all users. There is no understanding when LN will be launched.

the transaction takes forever to get confirmed. What happens if it never gets confirmed? Can the wallet that I sent it to still spend the money?

if you sent it with bitcoin core and have an older backup you can delete wallet.dat and replace it with the backup, after that you'll see the bitcoin again in wallet, atleast this is what worked for me after having a transaction unconfirmed for 3 weeks. After you send another transaction the old one will be dropped.
