I think it is not just NEO, other altcoins and tokens also have problems on withdrawal. I saw on CAPP telegram that they have problems withdrawing CAPP token from there as well. The worst is support does not seems to respond to tickets. I hope this exchange don't turn into a scam, it will drag cryptocurrencies down again.

You should check the notification area if theres any restriction in your account,if none you must contact the support immediately.

Many people had a lot of problem with HitBTC exchange, and many of them have a problem with withdrawal stuff. Just look at HitBTC announcements thread it contain a lot of people complaining.

Not only in hitbtc, but another exchange site just like etherdelta get an attack from a scammer. bitfinex already closed registration for new users. The possible thing about using the small exchange site. But binance will lead the top volume of the exchange site at this moment.
Majority of people are making a noise to make the holders feel panic. especially for those are holding their coin in the centralized exchange like hitbtc.

This problem may be particularly with you Account and maybe neo itself but I don't think hitbtc is a scam site as I have been using it for trading and just yesterday a friend and I make used of hitbtc for transactions. I think some time they do site down and hitbtc is not doing very well in customers services and they need to improve on it; but it is not a scam site.

There are many of that, that are having problems right now, because the blockchain is very fast right now, all you need to do is to have patience and wait until it is totally fixed, dont rush, rushing will lead you to a bad way, that is my advice for you

HitBTC itself is having a lot of issues these days. There are many people in the queue complaining about their wallets and withdrawals.
It would be better to transfer the coins to another exchange while this mess is cleared.

You should write to their support about that, but good luck with them responding. I wrote a ticket about a month ago, still haven't heard anything from them. They are not the best exchange to be used.

I just used doge today. It was instant. But it was not much. Something like 2600 dogecoins.
I prefer to use doge and maybe also small amounts. I don't know if they are holding huge amounts ( to steal it for example )

I think this is a great idea. I am waiting to see if after XMAS I am able to withdraw my coins and tokens from there. If they piss around and don't let me withdraw I will also want to be added to the list. I think HITBTC may be doing some dirty tricks and trading with people's money to manipulate the prices? I have no idea but it's kind of something I was thinking about the other day, of course I could be wrong and it might just be the XMAS holidays delaying everything at this time as many whales are doing their cashing out.

Congratulations guys for making this radical step. I have HitBTC account and use this exchange from time to time, but only small amounts (less than 200$) I got verified with Cobinhood exchange, it took me 48h to complete Level. 1 verification process (Level 2 is 5 days and not complete). KuCoin exchange doesn't have verification as far as I am aware and I didn't have any problems with withdrawing my crypto, but I never leave any coins on the exchange, just buy/sell and withdraw after that.
I will watch this thread closely, I don't want in future to fall into that trap with withdrawing process.

There has been a tonne of people having problems with hitBTC. I personally do not trade on there now. I use to like it but last few months it seems/feels dodgy to me.
Their is plenty of other exchanges to choose from that have average to high trading volumes.
The only time now I would consider trading on hitBTC is if a coin I want is only listed on it.

I've been using hitbtc for a long. Haven't found anything to be a scam, Op might have got into a phising exchange website resembling same as that of the legitimate hitbtc, because this is a popular as well a old exchange. Everywhere flaws will be there, we're supposed to contact the support and sought it out.

Just a word of caution when withdrawing NEO. You must only withdraw whole numbers to the wallet, never decimals. You may loose the change.

I think some of the coins are having difficult to withdraw . And one of them is NEO . But the btc is not a problem in withdrawing and depositing in hitbtc. And they had a bit delay in some of the coins that users have to transfer to their wallets. When you see their forum in hitbtc their are many complaints of users that are being not to withdraw their coins.

In some cases, when the exchange between the exchange is too large, they will close the credit and reflect the token, preventing you from taking out all tokens.

As they have been facing so many problems over the past few weeks, their support can take up to 48 hours to reply. Some people have also reported that they only get replies after like 5 days or something.

Hitbtc is a shitty exchange i recommend for no.one to use... They lack support, and my very best friend when he sended ethereum, he had to wait 1 month for that ethereum to even show up on his account....  he waited 14 days for support to response plus 15 days for correcting his balance)

If you have such a problem, it is likely that the exchange is fraudulent. I heard a lot of negative reviews about hitBTC, many people faced the same troubles - they could not withdraw their savings. At the same time, the exchange administration refuses to answer questions from users. I would, if I were you, switch to a better and more honest exchange.
