Today I tried to transfer some amount of ETH from Trading Account to Main Account.
After processing my ETH balance become 0. I cannot see any information from Reports page.
Moreover, Latest Transactions are now empty.

I URGE you NOT to send ANY AMOUNT OF COINS to HITBTC as me and hundrends of other users are dealing with tremendous issues the past few days.


No one can withdraw , 1/30 withdrawls at most are succesfull but at the slowest speeds possible ( 24hrs+ ) .

Dont try to trade at least until everything settles out , and please DONT LET YOURSELF BEING LURED by some coins that are trading at an ultra premium ( eg TRX which is + 50% of the rest market price ). You CANT trade because your deposit will not reach the exchange. I tend to believe that this was all a set up in order to create a vast influx of incoming BTC/ALTcoins.

I only hope that we are not dealing with a new MtGox here.

This is the same excuse I received from the support team just now. My contact reason was ETH withdrawal, I didn't even have any BTC! This is ridiculous.

Your withdraw fees are incredibly high. Why don't you decrease them? I saw in VEN you cut 14 VEN flat rate. That's 56 USD. Crazy amount to just withdraw your own coin.

When i see so many people signing up with this shit exchange, i don't think they realize that they send money to:

- a totally anonymous website protected by whoisguard
- an exchange not registered as a company anywhere
- an exchange spending substantial ressources covering its tracks by usurping the name of existing companies with no connection to hitbtc whatsoever
- an exchange with sky high records of scam accusations on the internet
- probably operated from an appartment or a basement in some third world country
- very likely operated by a criminal organization operating money laudering schemes
- an exchange currently under investigation by a number of law enforcement agencies

There are enough warnings over the internet to avoid yourself becoming the next victim of this future giant mtgox

Same happened me. I transferred ETH from trade account to main account and my balance become 0.
After half an hour my balance become normal.
