Hello!
Recently, on 8 december i deposited money with a SWIFT payment method to my account (10000 USD). On the 12th december i've received an email saying that my payment reached them but it needs to be verified by the compliance. And that it should take max. 3 days.
Well, already 9 days had passed and there was no action. All of my emails to the support are being answered by the same auto-replies, from which i'm getting tired. I can remember that before, CEX.IO used to handle the issues a lot faster than now.
I hope that the CEX.IO representative on the bitcointalk forum would help me, since i still can't believe that they might have scammed me.
I have all the screenshots ready to be uploaded, if the representative wants to see them.
