STILL NOTHING Last night I made it 230/sats fee. ALMOST $60 !!!!! AND STILL NOTHING I only want to move it from one wallet to another, this is ridiculous.

It is not only you who have a problem with long confirmation. The mempool is again full due to bombardment of a huge volume of transactions in the blockchain. As long as this heavy traffic continues in the blockchain the long confirmation will occur. And so the best way to get out of it is to pay a huge miner fee so your transaction can be prioritized and be processed fast.

And here is yet another example as to why the whole system is about to collapse. Bitcoin will go to near zero.

And here is yet another example as to why the whole system is about to collapse. Bitcoin will go to near zero. Unfortunately, I think your correct. Paying $60 - 100$ for a small transaction is stupid, bitcoin is now being run off greed. The problem is, no one wants to sell out as they may miss out.

Was that balance composed of many small transactions? This will have increased it's size by a lot for a "small value" transaction.
My advise would be to just use the recommended fee and wait it out. As soon as the network cools off a bit it will likely go through.
I waited 4 days for a transaction to go through. It was painful but in the end it didn't really matter.

And here is yet another example as to why the whole system is about to collapse. Bitcoin will go to near zero. Mate, it is not only Bitcoin that is having such problem. Ethereum is also undergoing such heavy traffic during times when a good number of transactions are in line. And do you think those other blockchains will go as smoothly as Bitcoin's and Ethereum's if they have the same very busy traffic? I bet they would even crash. That is the reality in terms of crypto and blockchain. Can we imagine if Bitcoin users in the whole world would reach as high as 5%? Everything would become full of complaints like this.

what? a big fee cant even confirm a transaction, whats more with other with only small fee. This will be a big trouble for bitcoin. If we will be using the recommended fee by wallet, its almost 10 to 20% of a sent bitcoin for paying the fee. Hopefully this will be resolve soon and fix those things in blockchain

The users of the bitcoin network must come to a consensus on the issue of payments, and stop the transfer of small amounts. We must seek a solution to this problem.

Are the developers working on doing anything to fix this ? I keep hearing about the lightning network, LITECOIN has had this for ages, why are the bitcoin devs so incredibly slow and not doing anything ??

first of all please stop reporting your fees in terms of USD (fiat in general) or even in bitcoin. the correct unit to report fees is amount per size. you can choose any number of them like satoshi/byte or satoshi/kilobyte or.... since you shared you transaction ID we can see it is 223 sat/B.
now to answer your question, sadly because the scaling solution that we adopted for bitcoin is not being used (practically no one is using SegWit) the capacity didn't increase. additionally we don't yet have any second layer solutions such as Lightning Network since it is not ready. and finally the block size increase was also rejected (the SegWit2x solution) which is why we are in this mess right now.
unfortunately there is nothing you can do except either paying higher and higher fees or not making any transactions for a while.
ps. don't fall for the bitcoin cash bullshit. it has the same exact problem. but it is dormant because nobody uses it yet.

Thank you, Is SegWit2x coming on the 28th December http://www.newsbtc.com/2017/12/19/segwit2x-old-new-bitcoin-hard-fork/For now do you reckon the fee of 223 sats will confirm ? Should I increase this even more

Should I increase this even more no that is not SegWit2x, that is an imposter project using the same name. if you check the specification of it, they are creating something very different! - changed the algorithm to X11 - changed block times to 2.5 minute - changed address format. and worst thing is that their launch is in 7 days from now and there still is no source code available for the project to be reviewed and tested. if you look at the links at the bottom of their website, they are all "social media" links such as forums, instagram, twitter, facebook,... all used for advertising it. and no source code!!! as for your fee, based on this site: https://bitcoinfees.earn.com/ you should increase it to 900 satoshi/byte if you want a fast confirmation. obviously that is ridiculously high! you can use one of the transaction accelerators like https://pool.viabtc.com/tools/txaccelerator/ instead but they are also overcrowded.
