Is this setup safe ? running borderline at about 80% capacity

On the wall, the S9's can go upto 1500 watts. That will be above the 80% rule at 208 volt. Do you have any taps on the transformer to increase the voltage? Thanks.

4 on a 30amp breaker is just fine. I even have a few dozen 30amp breakers running 5 altho in the summer the breakers trip from the heat and over use. I wouldnt recommend more than 4.

Stop buying industrial miners, running them at home, and then complaining about the noise.

no, i dont have taps, could you explain on how that would help ?  Thanks !!
