Hi All,  I have a problem and searched the web for 2 weeks and cannot find a solution.
I have a putincoin wallet on my mobile which seems to be very basic. I have only used it twice and both sent transactions ($300 each+) are unconfirmed after 2 weeks.
Both transfers going to same address which is also mine where I can see them , but both waiting confirmations.
There is no way to adjust the transaction fee in this wallet  and seems to be fixed at 26.81sat/b per byte which seems way below the current transaction fees.
Have you any idea how I can sort this out?.

Thanks in Advance
 Mick

Hi there! Were you able to solve the above-mentioned problem? I'd like to know and it might also be interesting for everybody who encounters a similar problem Smiley

I think it's better to discuss it on their official thread check it here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1526495.620
So, that they can give you a proper solution to your problem.
I guess that your problem is low transaction fee that is why your transaction still unconfirmed so, I think using some transaction accelerator can help to speed up your transaction or hire some miners to mine the blocks to confirm your transaction in few minutes.

Lodge complaints to their support center, they'll resolve it one way or the other, either by accelerating the transaction, confirm it or it'll be reversed back and resent after failure of confirmation after some time.

Did you solve your problem already? The team should fix the wallet because if they don't anyone can have the very same problem in the future with the low fees. So I hope they not only solve your particular problem but they take it into account to avoid future similar situations and change the corresponding parameters in the code.
