URGENT/ Needs advices on trading (mistakes in my trading choice)

I did a mistakes yesterday, I wanted to catch the wave.
I sold my ripple at 0.00004123 to buy some bitcoin cash at 0,22 Stupid

Now bitcoin cash = 0.21 and ripple = 0.00005868 What should I do ?

I was thinking sell Bitcoin Cash when reach 0.25 and do an order of ripple 0.000045 

Maybe I will never sell my bitcoin cash for this price. Same thing for the ripple. Should I wait ? Will XRP come back to a lower level ?What do you believe ?

I really believe in the potential of ripple and want to hold it long term,
