Right.

I'd love to x5 my money as much as the next guy, but maybe you should try asking random strangers on the street for cash before you ask random strangers on the internet for bitcoins.

At least you put slightly more effort into your posts than the typical scammer.

Drugs are bad. Using the term "medical" is not an excuse.

Wait a second here. You want to SELL your marijuana?  Huh Shouldn't it be free like, you know, rap music, for instance?

After re-reading I noticed this

I'm the President of a Medical Marijuana dispensary in Arizona

I have a limited role at this point and I will be paid minimum wage to labor on the farm

What is being done wrong here?

I'm not really interested in offering a loan, but I would certainly use your website yado.com if you provide proof that it's legit. Also, what is the name of the dispensary?

Rap music shouldn't be free. The prices should be raised and more money should be given to the RIAA for future anti-piracy programs.

How strange. You sound like a new man. What inspired the change?

I think this is BS... 1600%+ ROI is ridiculous

Has your dispensary been approved by DPH yet? Can we see something that ties your name to this dispensary? How do you plan on accepting any potential investments? Collateral?

Why not get a typical business loan for way less in interest? I am sure there are some entrepreneurs out there that will help you out in no time, medical marijuana is on the up & up.

Good luck

I'd venture the guess that with OPs history, the traditional banking sector is not overly interested in doing business with him, at least not openly.

Drugs are bad. Using the term "medical" is not an excuse.

Thats funny. What about the countless pills you have undoubtedly taken during your lifetime? Were none of them drugs? And what were you taking them for if not for medical purposes? You just don't like marijuana. Thats fine. But don't bash people who use it responsibly for medical purposes. Some people abuse it sure, but there are plenty of people getting high off nyquil and buying prescription oxycodone off the street. Does that mean we should ban them too? What about alcohol? The drug of choice for most people and its arguably more dangerous than marijauana...they tried to ban that once remember? Didn't work so well.

I'm the President of a Medical Marijuana dispensary in Arizona and we're going to open in a few weeks.

I [...] go to school.

[...]I'm trying to raise capital on behalf of my partner who is vice president and a grower for 20+ years. I have a limited role at this point and I will be paid minimum wage to labor on the farm. [...]

I am the President [...]

I want to start from the bottom at minimum wage on the farm and work my way up from there.

first president then schoolboy then working for minimum wage admitting only limited role (no authority / knowledge) and the guy with experience stays in the background and will be the excuse for the "stolen" funds / fail of the business and no repayment. Not to mention this ponzi like return rate of 250k with a 50k investment. So many red flags...

You cannot seriously expect that someone loans you 50 grand. Everyone investing in your poor intruduced business deserves to lose his funds.

What proof do you need that it's legit? We've done only a small number of transactions since launch...roughly $5,000.

The alpha phase of Yado is being used to test some of our theories with online currency. Right now we're using BTC but operating under the assumption that there will be more popular currencies in the future.

There is much work to be done but Yado is fully functional. At the moment it's a simple exchange and it will be transformed into a marketplace in the upcoming months.

The name of the Dispensary is "Non Profit Patient Center". This will obviously be changed. The entire team has been working remote so far and we will all meet in about 10 days.

I'd just like some examples of people saying that they used it and received the bitcoins in a timely manner. For example, I found this thread:

http://www.reddit.com/r/Bitcoin/comments/1hv9od/new_exchange_yadocom_needs_feedback/

And these comments:

Quote
I recently transferred 175 USD (A relatively small amount just to be safe) to test the waters with them 2 days ago. It cleared my bank last night but hasn't popped up on YADO itself, still just says pending.

I will update if/when I receive the money.

Added a small amount of Funds July 11th. July 19th Still waiting for it to clear.

I haven't found any threads besides this one, another one that you made (that I was the only commenter on) and one on bitkoins.com that had no responses. I would be willing to use this for bitcoins today, I just want to see some feedback on your site. Clearly you are searching for feedback so could you provide a link to some positive purchases?

Also, how long would I expect it to take for the bitcoins to arrive if I were to do a cash deposit?
