Presale was in January where we reached the Hardcap with 166m sold. 100m is the softcap from the ico now and total of 498m are for sale. I forward your point.

Also keep in mind that Moozicore subscription covers all applicable licensing fees ASCAP, SESAC and BMI. Which means, restaurants dont have to pay their fee for playing public music (which is up to 400$), its covered and generates also money for using Moozicore in their Restaurant.

It sounds very attractive to everyone except music performers. I am not dedicated to the topic of copyright and playing music in bars, and I can not understand how licenses will be created.
