send bitcoin cash to changelly worried

Hello guys,

I sent 1bch to changelly to get bitcoin... I got 6 confirmations and it says sending to wallet..but my address has no transaction on it on blockchain.info

are they scammers?

Would you be able to give us any further information that this transaction has indeed taken place? Taking a look over their twitter account, it seems that they are still on it and are still responding to customer queries and such, just take a look in here: https://twitter.com/Changelly_team/status/943850502965678080

Try hitting up their customer support for more clarification about your concern. I've only used changelly once and it was about 4 months since I needed to have something done fast on conversion and haven't had any problems during that time. Honestly no one can help you in here except their own support team. It also looks like you're not the only one having problems as well.

If you're talking about BCH, there is a good chance they are some kind of scammers, but I can't guarantee that, just be careful. And if you're talking about Changelly, no, they are not scammers. (I think lol)

Your transaction is now visible on blockchain.info and has 5 confirmations. you shouldn't just rely on blockchain.info(sometimes they might fail), there are other block explorers like blockcypher, blocktrail etc..

Changelly is one of the trusted exchange with lowest ever fee trades going through their platform. I have had many previous deals with them, my trades went smooth everytime. They usually send your coins after maximum of 15 confirmations, sometimes they face visitors load, thus they delay exchange requests for awhile but be sure you will get definitely what you paid
