Hello.
I bought some btc on local exchange and made withdraw to my Ledger Nano S.
They have fixed withdraw fees for any transaction( 0.001btc).

I used this exchange many times with no problem, but this time transaction stuck unconfirmed for 48 hours( i think they put low fees 286 sat).

Should i try and accelerate transfer by myself or wait for them to act(they support is very slow).

I afraid that my btc will be lost in limbo.

And if i accelerate it myself ,will it interfere with they actions?

Thank you in advance.                 Regards.

That fee is low right now.  That will not confirm quickly on its own.

Should i try and accelerate transfer by myself

You can certainly do that if you like.

or wait for them to act(they support is very slow).

You can wait if you prefer to wait.

I afraid that my btc will be lost in limbo.

Bitcoins don't get lost in Limbo.  There is no limbo storage in the protocol.

And if i accelerate it myself ,will it interfere with they actions?

No.  Your attempt to accelerate will not interfere with anything they do.

No time limit.

As long as the sender hasn't re-used the transaction inputs in a different transaction, you can still accelerate it.  Even if it has been 30 years since it got stuck!
