I was thinking if I had to post this. But no reaction on my question since Friday 15 December and no XRP since 6 days did my decide to post this.
I think cryptonator scammed me cause I still have no access to my purchased XRP at litebit.eu. I purchased ripples at litebit.eu and sent them to my ripple deposit address mentioned in my cryptonator account. But they never appear.

14 December : I send 20 ripple to activate my ripple address which is needed to have an active account.

15 December: I bought around 12 o’clock in the morning 754.xx XRP at litebit.eu and sent them to my ripple address.  

15 December: Because I did not receive the XRP in the evening I send an email and asked about the 20 XRP and the 754 XRP I bought. I get almost immediate answer but only at my 20 XRP question. They said “ The Ripple network requires 20 XRP to be on any active address hold as a reserve https://ripple.com/build/reserves/ . This amount does not go anywhere and permanently deposited on your address so it remains active, it is not reflected on your Cryptonator balance. Basically this is just a one-time payment for creating an active Ripple address. “  *the Ripple block explorer do count the 20 to my balance, so why they say its a payment??*

16 December: Still no purchased Ripple and still no answer on the question why the XRP still not in my account. So I send a reply on the answer of yesterday. Till now NO ANSWER.

19 December: I thought, they won’t answer my question anymore so I send a new mail to the support.

Then I received the auto-message “===========SUPPORT IS OVERLOADED WITH REQUESTS. FIRST RESPONSE TIME 48-72 HOURS=============”
It is 48 hours after my second mail and 6 days after my first mail. No Ripples and no answer on my question.

I already cleared my balances to other wallets, so my question in second mail about the changed doge to XRP is solved Smiley.

Transactions must be included in a block to be properly completed. When you send a transaction, it is broadcast to miners. Miners can then optionally include it in their next blocks. Miners will be more inclined to include your transaction if it has a higher transaction fee.

I saw escrow.ms's lolipop thread 4 days ago and placed a order for 1000 lolipops. After I sent him payment, he just went offline and never came back. I think he's a big liar and a scam artist. Stay away from him.

What happened::
I purchased 754.** XRP at litebit.eu.  I paid at litebit.eu and they sent the XRP to the ripple deposit address mentioned in my cryptonator account.  I still have no access to my purchased XRP because they are still not in my cryptonator account.

I had sent 1ETH to my cryptonator Ethereum wallet. The transaction is completed on Etherscan but it does not reflect in my cryptonator Ethereum wallet. Here is the TxHash:

I submitted a request to Cryptonator support 2 days ago but have not got any response yet. I am working on Cryptonator for the first time and I am worried now that if it is a scam. I want to do more trading with Cryptonator as its UI looks really friendly.

I highly doubt they are scammers. I have been using the site for half a year and I’ve never had any problem so far. In this same thread you recently posted, there were two people complaining and both ended up receiving their money:

If you are honest, when you get your funds you should come back here and say so, the same as those two people.

I would love to come back to say I got my funds back. If they do I let know in this topic. I saw the other topic about cryptonator resolving te problem. So I expect they will also resolve my problem. But no reaction for 1.5 week en no funds for 2 weeks makes me doubt...

I'm new at mining.
I have 2 payments that are not appearing in the cryptonator account.
first I started mining in the betterhash, I accumulated 5 days of mining
I decided to test flypool, the first 3 automatic payments (0.01zec) went well.
I decided to withdraw the 5 days I had in the betterhash, I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANYTHING, it's been over 2 days ago...
last flypool payment this morning also does not appear yet, over 10h ago
I already contacted the helpdesk  2x and so far no answers.

Because they don't answered my support requests (from 15 & 19 December) I sent a new mail to supportdesk. Hopefully they will answer this one and resolve the problem. If they resolve it, I will let know in this topic.

One more auto payment made by flypool that does not appear in the crytonator account yet.
Already there are 3 payments that have not arrived ... enough ... crytonator no more.

the first unpaid transfer has already more than 17xx confirmations, it's been 3 days ago
the second unpaid transfer already has 8xx confirmations.

This morning I looked in bithomp to see if the Ripple still on my address but Cryptonator yesterday booked my 754,×× ripple to there own address? WTF? I did not receive an email or they did not sent the xrp to the address I asked in my last mail at helpdesk/support.

The address is the same as the address which opened the account (which is opened by Cryptonator for me).

Maybe they will send a mail or send the coins to the address I asked in the next couple of hours. But this is weird and looks like they took my Ripple so. If they. Here the proof that they definitely scammed my. If I hear something. I wil let know!

I saw somebody on Twitter who has got the same situation going on like me. His ETH transferred to a central account/wallet and the day after he get his ETH. (I dont have the Ripples jet but situation looks the same).  Support also answered his question that they are extremly busy. I would like they replied my requests too.. but reading they are solving problems give me some hope that I will receive my coins.  Wait and see...

I enabled   2 step verification via google app authentication  to log in , on my account  ....

 but after  enabled it  from the site ,  i did not received the code on my Mobile  !!!!   Huh Huh Huh Huh Huh

so i can not log in now .. i do not have access to my coins

there is no support team for this online wallet els one robot can not do anything

Maybe you have to wait a little longer. like I say they are busy and overloaded with requests. I also still got no answer (requestnr. 68000 and 76000) but I saw they fix problems. They should communicate a bit more so everybody know they are working on it. The holidays are also over. I hope getting an answer. If they not answer within a week or two or give my coins back in this time. Then they possible really scammers. But I sent earlier some DOGE and this went well, if they were scam this would also go wrong . So I hope they solve the problem.

Today I have made 3 Ethereum transactions from my cryptonator wallet to another Ethereum wallet. I haven't received them yet, but they also don 't have a TXID. On the website they have the status 'pending'. And I saw that the wallet was offline for a few hours. Now back online, but my transactions are still not send to the blockchain.

Also my ripple transactions are not send. And also this wallet is offline right now. What's going on...?Of course they don 't response nu email..

Same problem here, but for me with dogecoin on https://www.cryptonator.com.

I have purchased 22,488.53646900 dogecoins via litebit.eu and have transferred them directly to my cryptonator Wallet. Usually (about 10x before) this worked without any problems. Through such a problem you get to know the real side of a service provider.
Errors happen, but dealing with this problem is a disaster at Cryptonator. No response to support requests since December 24th except for the auto-generated response for ticket opening.
Not even a short answer with an apology for taking longer or something like that, nothing. An initial answer would have been enough for me to make me "feel better".
There's nothing you can do, just hope they're still coming forward and fix the problem.

Advice from me:
Lesson for me (again): First test such online services over several weeks (send only small sums of money/coins, send support requests and test how long answers take and whether they will come at all, etc.) and only then use them. I can only recommend this to everyone.
I'm about to switch to offline wallets at my home.
