I currently have 0.2038 stuck in the "receive bitcoins"  section in Localbitcoins.com - They have been stuck there for 2 days. How do i move them?

I don't know what you mean by "stuck". According to the information you posted, you have received 0.2038 BTC at the address you listed. What is the problem? The interface is confusing because BTC sent and received through the block chain is not listed in the "Wallet Transactions" section. Perhaps that is the problem.
