Poloniex withdrawal issue

Hi.

I've made 24hour ago a recent withdrawal of 4.82856137 Litecoin from poloniex.

Transaction is confirmed from their end and showing completed in poloniex, but I have no working tx and neither I see something on the blockchain.
Txid: e89d70284911a097bbbe8801b50dd0d453cd1f4c9acb5c2291fc2ab67d652138

For those who had that situation before, in how much time that situation was fixed ?

they are sometimes unreachable , really have a bad support , better to move your whole funds and switch your exchange asap. my withdrawal processed 2 weeks , sometimes 3 days and the last one get frozen.

a lot of problem reported about how bad they are handling customer , i personally did not like polonium.

just wish you a good luck with this issue , not much you can do even complain and babbling to poloniex cs , it won't help and they won't respond to you in anyway , that's my opinion. poloniex sucks annoying .

the tx id provided above could be mean poloniex wallet still processing the transaction , they are well known slow when it comes to withdrawal.

Seems like 2 other people or at least 1 are having the same TXID given to them. I wouldn't freak out though because it is possible for 1 transaction to have multiple outputs, they could just be waiting to broadcast their tx or something like that.

Give it a while. Perhaps it's just some technical issues with them. Make sure you keep reminding support that this issue hasnt been resolved yet as well.

But poloniex is an unreliable exchange to use at the moment, i would definitely consider switching to a different exchange if i were you. Binance, bitfinex, etc.

Also, don't create duplicate threads please. Delete the new one that you created.

It seems like all the exchanges right now are going out of their way to be the biggest pain in the asses possible. Poloniex is even making more problems for itself than it needs to. My daughter tried to withdraw a small amount of Bitcoin to a paper wallet 4 days ago and all she gets is Awaiting Approval. This is after having a fully verified account where Poloniex have all the ID under the sun to know who she is. They have absolutely no reason what so ever to have to manually process this withdrawal. After numerous support tickets nothing happens.

Poloniex you don't have to make things as bad as this for no reason. Will update once Poloniex stick to their contract and pay out.

Ok - I stick to my word and Poloniex have now approved the withdrawal after 4 days. While not happy with Poloniex I think it is important that we update these posts when Exchanges actually do pay up so that everyone is appropriately informed.
