Wallet with fixed Transaction fee

Hello , Can anyone tell me how to add a higher transaction fee to a wallet that does not have any options to change or set a fee???
The fee is fixed at 26.81 sat/B and my crypto locked inside 

Is there anyway of fixing this ?

What wallet are you using? Kinda difficult to give you a solution if we don't know which wallet you're using, you know  
If you really can't set the fee, which I doubt unless it's an online wallet, you might still be able to add more fees.

Im using a Putincoin Android Wallet v2.0.1

it seems to be based on something called Coinomi if that helps.
