It's dropped $3k today alone so it might just get below $10k Today or tomorrow.

I think the rate would be around 10K for the rest of this year. Although today it changed my thoughts. But I still the price will rise again. Dropped 3K today, which means lots of people are going to buy bitcoins with lesser price. But, then the economics will start to play it's part with "Supply" and "Demand" with their friend "Price". Let's see what happen, shall we?

No reason for doomsday scenarios yet. The price corrects itself and everybody goes crazy. Even if we enter the new year around $13K it is huge, if you consider that at the beginning of this month, we were talking about whether $10K within 2017 was possible at all.

Unfortunately, bitcoin continuously goes down. I think the whales are cashing out nowadays. Maybe it will drop by $5k today or tomorrow. I wish that even in Christmas only it will move $10k above.

Do you really care? If you do, then I would suggest you to trade it and try to follow trends. Personally I think cryptos including Bitcoin are too volatile for that, prices move very quickly up and down.

I would not worry about this, it's normal to get off at Christmas. Except for those who want to give a good gift in exchange for BTC. I would not bother because under my Christmas tree is a wallet with many BTC

I don't think we will go bellow $10k, at least not directly and without any resistance. I think we will continue around $15k for a while, and if we don't recover or keep consolidating at that level, we will probably have another stop at $13k. If we do pass that level, and we will probably go all the way down to $10k. If we do get there, we wont' probably stay there for long, since there are many investors out there waiting to buy at these dips.

Yep, I'm debating when to pump a little more into Bitcoin. I'm going to wait another day or so, but will be watching it like a hawk.

The price is going down don't miss this opportunity, buy as many as coins you can because Soon Bitcoin is going to cross 20k dollar price. Let's see if Bitcoin goes down up to 5 k then I am surely going to buy one bitcoin anyhow I am sure that will be the best thing I can do before being rich. I have never thought about it I just want to earn my pocket money from this but let's see if this Xmas bring something new.Merry Christmas everyone.

I hope its not going to hit that price again, bitcoin transactions fees is continue to increase and so many transactions are still unconfirmed but I still believe bitcoin will survive. Bitcoin is powerful, this is just the correction its hard to predict but it will not hit 10k ever again.

Bitcoin price shift today reminds me of the rollover just few months ago around June/July. The  real question is will it stop moving down around 15 K or will it stop closer to 13 K. Some it wizards believe that it will not have as strong of an uptrend as in the past because of the futures market and Wall Street more involved.

What do you base this 20k dollar price tag on and why would it rise to that much right now? Don't get me wrong, I hope you're right, but there seems to be nothing but problems and panic with bitcoin right now with the insane backlog of transactions and huge fees involved. I think people are going to continue to panic and dump their coins as this is a huge worry. Just look at the rise in bitcoin cash as well. I could see that actually gaining some ground pretty quickly as it has already done as people start to look for the next best thing. I'm not bothered either way as I have an equal amount of bitcoins as I do bitcoin cash but I would rather the original bitcoin succeed as opposed to BCH.
