Problem of not receiving mail from only Bittrex

Hello,

i want to 2fa authentication in Bittrex, but i can not receive email from Bittrex. I control my hotmail account not receive junk and have not spam ails.
i add mailer@bittrex.com is trusty sender. but i can't receive email only from Bittrex
i open 632703 and 799882 numbers two request in Zendesk, but not answered and not solved my problem

What can I do? I ask for the help of those who have knowledge.

I also have the same problem which started two days ago...I cant log into my bittrex account since log in verification emails dont come through my outlook email.

Could this problem be with outlook or its from bittrex side.

please if anyone has some knowledge help us out. i havent traded for two days now

Today (Dec. 31st, 2017) I am having the same issue with not receiving email from Bittrex when it doesnt recognize my IP address and directs me to an email link.  Look in my email and it's not there!  I also have Outlook.  I have had no problems till today.  I haven't been able to login all day!!  I've gone to Bittrex support and added them to my contacts and safe sender list, and have done everything they told me.  I am still not receiving emails!!!!  Super frustrated and nervous something fishy is going on!!  Have sent in a support ticket but Bittrex is super backed up!  So now what do I do.  Please Help if you have solved your issue.

Today, january 7, I am having the same issue with not receiving email from Bittrex, I am very worried, if someone knows how solve it please tell us. I already send a ticket support but no response.  I use Gmail. Its a bittrex problem, not an outlook or google problem.

Tried to lodge a request on bittrex support, got a message that my request is not submitted as I need to check my email to verify it....some real rocket scientist must've set this system up...my issue is that I'm not receiving emails and they ask me to verify the issue via email...

Does anyone have an email address for Bittrex customer support?

Have you checked your spam folder? Recently, their emails go through that folder (atleast for me), even though I haven't marked their email as spam. Add mailer@bittrex.com to your Email contacts as well [Source].

It's a problem that exist in every services that relies on emails. I've had my fair share as well, just not in bittrex but in other platforms. What worked for me was trying again after waiting for an hour or two, or less.

But before that, try the first aid
