NVC has been created by someone very close of BTC-e.
Btc-e received 100 or 200k NVC to add it on exchange 2 days after release only (while most was not abe to mine it)
The story became public, Big thread about the manipulation... Btc-e said he destoyed coins he received , and all became a bit more quiet.
They also let it active, with really small volume for months....making it going up...Did they manipulated price themself since ? who know...
This is the story side of realiste people. Other side people, trollers or paid poster will tell you that NVC is used a lot on russian market...
Give some research by yourself on forum to make your own opinion anyway.
