Is a good article but misses out many of the 'scams' we in the crypto world have seen and learnt to avoid, there is a simple rule (aside from fake wallets) in that with these schemes, if they are too good to be true, then this is probably the case.

Due diligence and research will save many from losing coin and letting the scammers take control. You can even ask opinions on forums such and this and even social media, there are some site that highlight the scams too to try and at least warn others of the pitfalls out there..

At this point, you are true because spammers are everywhere including crypto but a regular study of crypto market gives you the knowledge of how to stay away from such coins.

Moreover, not all cryptocurrency are scams check out this https://coinmarketcap.com/ here listed top 100 coins are having strong Volume and technology.
