hi guys i  got this probleme my gpu is not using all fan power even when its 56 degree its only use 30% max so is there any bios flash or config to make it work
btw its saphire nitro rx480 4gb oc

get the polaris bios editor and edit the bottom left based on your preference you can get your bios from gpu z
