I want to earn more so I need help
•What are the things you do to find more work? And where?

Lauda has written a very good introduction for newbies like yourself looking to get into the world of earning BTC. There is a lot to learn, more so than anyone could ever share with you in a single thread. If you are serious about earning BTC, there is no easy solution and there is no "for sure" path, either. You can begin your reading here : https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1629118.0

We all want to earn more, but you also can not expect to earn to a greater capacity than you are informed.

•What can a noob do? Like being a moderator or a maneger of campaign?
•Can you share the capacity the knowledge on how to start managing a campaign or being a moderator?
•In managing a campaign what should a noob learn first?

Somebody that is new or uninformed would be leagues away from either being a moderator or campaign manager. These are two extremely specialized areas of expertise that require very specific skills, experience and reputation. I would advise against these paths for now, because they would be very far down the road and not realistic as a short-term goal or strategy.

Campaign Managers are picked by companies that want to run a signature campaign and feel they will not have the resources or the know-how to handle such a task. Companies entrust thousands of dollars to campaign managers and would not do so lightly.

Moderators are selected as they are needed and there are endless qualified candidates.

•In being a moderator do one account should be old and atleast a legendary or it can be like me a full member?

See, this is the kind of thing that a moderator candidate should not need to ask about. There is no rank requirement for moderator as far as I know; that being said, being as new or inactive as you'd need to be to maintain a Full Member rank would certainly be unattractive in a moderator candidate.

I want to earn more so I need help
What Country do you live in? It matters to get you the right help.

•What are the things you do to find more work? And where?
What do you do currently for a job? You can always do that for Bitcoin...just asked to get paid in bitcoin OR use the money you're paid to buy bitcoin. Don't complicate the process!

•What can a noob do? Like being a moderator or a maneger of campaign?
A new member to bitcoin or this forum can't be a moderator or manager of a campaign. But you can become involved in the forum discussion, earn some seniority, show that you can be a contributor. As you build that reputation you can begin looking for someone needed help with a campaign (not manager, but assistant). Find a campaign where you can help review applications, respond to questions, review posts, etc.

•Can you share the capacity the knowledge on how to start managing a campaign or being a moderator?
Campaign Manager and Moderator are different things, but for both you need to build a resume of experience.

For Campaign Manager, you need to demonstrate that you've had jobs managing or assisting with campaigns.

For Moderator, you need to demonstrate that you can find and report people who are breaking the rules with their posts. You can report any post to a moderator. Build up a history of doing so (we're talking hundreds of posts reported) with a very high percentage of accuracy, 95% or higher. Then you need to try to convince the existing moderator team to take you on.

•In managing a campaign what should a noob learn first?
Learn how different campaigns work, all aspects. This includes signature design, rules, payments, participant selection, post review, payment process, handling endless requests, etc. And not just learning about these elements but you need to learn how to do them right and better than other campaign managers.

Stop referring to yourself as a "noob". No one hires "noobs".

•In being a moderator do one account should be old and atleast a legendary or it can be like me a full member?
The older the account the better, because the longer one has been around the better experience they have finding rule breakers, weak posts, and general nonsense the moderators need to police.

•In campaigns how can I offer myself to them? what skills should I poses besides the managing and the posting?
Offer yourself as an assistant. Maybe it shouldn't pay at first, for the first few months. You should be willing to do ANYTHING the Campaign owner or manager wants you to do AND think about what the Manager needs to do and do it for them before being asked, be proactive.
