Yes, it has a massive premine. But we use the premine to improve,support the coin. This value behind the coin will help us build a market, since we can pay with CDC as payement for everything. Also so far 170000 CDC has been given away for development and marketing. Online e-wallet just have been released. Services will come after exchange is up and value is set. Without that I cannot make the online shop since I don't have the prices.
