What you think about bitcoin and other cryptos in 2018

Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies in general will be leading the financial markets in terms of trading. Btc proves that you don't need government interference and a high market support to create a currency that can be used by everyone. With the implementation of technology in the future altcoins will develop as well.

Clearly over the course of 2017 we have seen an increase in both price and users for cryptocurrencies and this lead to many people getting intressted in this market for its huge profibality, and that is why more investments are promissed to made in 2018 that are cryptocurrency related, some of the huge names companies are starting to accept it as a payemnt method, and all of this means only good stuff for the crypto community, but with this comes some huge probelms like transaction time and mining fees for bitcoin, and more over regulations that are starting to come from some goverments to ban it, so hopefully we can overcome them and make cryptocurrency great.

I agree that cryptocurrencies in general will be leading the financial markets, but I highly doubt that Bitcoin will. Why? Because it's so outdated! Every aspect of it is outdated.
Decentralized? Nope, it's right there in China!
Anonymous? Nope, anyone can track your transactions.
Good as an online currency? Nope, its transactions are expensive and take a long time to confirm. Besides, it's a bit too volatile for that.

However, crytocurrencies in general is a more interesting path to follow. There are constantly new advances in the cryptocurrency world, making it more anonymous, more decentralized, cheaper, faster and allowing more users to participate more easily in this awesome party...
I don't get why people are still investing in Bitcoin, except for their total ignorance of other cryptocurrencies or their attempt to profit from the ignorance of others.

I hope people start to realize that in 2018 and switch to the real future: Advanced cryptocurrencies. Though, sadly, the Bitcoin trend will probably continue for a couple years, until it reaches a point at which people realize there's more to blockchain-technology than just some outdated code.

Whether people will realize that or not, the cryptocurrency market in general will grow & thrive more than ever before. I don't have a single doubt about that.

It will be big this year since crypto currencies already gained so many attention in 2017 and a lot of ICO is coming out, its going to be another great year for crypto, I think crypto investment is going to be bigger than stock investment

I think it's very likely that in this new year we'll see a pretty big rise of altcoins if Bitcoin continues to have a few qualms. The confirmation times, ranging transaction fees, and volatility are all making investors shy away from the coin, and that clearly caused a pretty significant drop. Because of this, I could see why investors would start to favor other options like the explosive Ripple coin.

If bitcoin can fix some of those issues that the general public has with it, I could see it back on the rise but definitely not exponentially. I think exponential growth was just a 2017 thing. Linear growth and stability might be the new face of BTC.

Cryptocurrencies with 2018 will gonna be more popular because it made a good marks on 2017 which will result for more crypto enthusiasts.Bitcoin will remain stronger cryptocurrency and increasing altcoin will be launch to prove their worth.

I'm always looking forward that bitcoin and other cryptos will soar high this 2018. Lets just be optimistic and always think positive that bitcoin still brings us the good news and help us change our way of living. That big investors will love to invest in bitcoin so that many of us will be happy of the positive outcome. I think this year is good to invest in bitcoin since bitcoin always increase for the previous years. I optimize that bitcoin is the best coin for this year because many people join in bitcoin

I do think that cryptocurrency as a whole is something that is being accepted in the world at a very high rate and in 2018 I do feel that it's acceptance rate will just increase , there aren't many investors who think that it will go down at the moment, I feel that bitcoins will shoot up .. and we can see it's current value increasing at a tremendous rate.

It's not something that we can say about other cryptos because they are kinda volatile , people flock to them when the price of bitcoins is low..

I read the question and then I read your answers. I did this many times because it's really hard to predict anything about the bitcoin. I could really just say that it will go up because the market capitalisation is getting pumped day by day for bitcoin but again on the other hand it's just certainty and not surety of crypto currency. The big dump and pump is something different, it could really happen many times and again we are not sure about it.

The whole crypto currency works like this only with uncertain prediction which can change any time. We can not say bitcoin as Schrödinger cat, whether it's dead or alive inside the box because there are more outcomes of it.

Well the price of bitcoin is not in a good condition in this early 2018 but Ethereum price keep go up this year, as i expected though. In my opinion this year will be a good year for cryptocurrency, because many people already recognize cryptocurrency especially bitcoin. Maybe we can see a big news about bitcoin in this year.

Never thought I'd be saying this but think we are gonna dump then pump like mad the rest of the year. I can't give timelines but it feels like we are going to dip below 10k then end the year above 50k.

I predict that the charts will behave somewhat like 2017, and we can all expect decent percentage gains but not as much as 17.

2018 is the year full of opportunity in cypto currencies . Countries which have already accepted have plenty since they can accept payment in btc as well and build business related to btc because their government has given approval. So if other countries join than we have a huge potential and demand in this year as well.

In my opinion, Bitcoin will continue to dominate this year and will strengthen the market price value higher than the previous year as many countries were
now gaining significant support than the other cryptocurrency coins.

For those that will hold their coins for long term are going to get rich in 2018, I believe years in the history of cryptocurrencies is going to be this year. Many people including companies are picking interest in bitcoin currently than ever and I believe this interest is going to translate into a big pump in future. Though a lot of hard fork issue are going to come up in 2018 but I am optimistic that bitcoin is going to make us rich in 2018.
