Reference thread https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=262703.0
User: Giki https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=127862

He claims to be selling a Radeon 7970 for an unusually low price, then posts pictures of a 7970. The 7970s pictured is actually two different cards that I own. He copy pasted the pictures from my ebay ads. The top three were taken from this ad
http://www.ebay.com/itm/271235713734
And the bottom picture was taken from my other ebay ad here
http://www.ebay.com/itm/271229984004

I can provide proof that he does not actually own the 7970 pictured. He posted pictures of the rear of the card including the serial number, and here is a picture of the same card but with a paper with my name, this website, and the date.

I also created a screenshot of the thread in case he deletes it to get rid of the evidence
