Consider bitcoin as a collectible like pokemon cards, you are holding it as a hobby and you can sell it to others if they find it more fascinating.
Bitcoin is not breaking any laws, people are just sharing it as a hobby and the value is virtual.

1: The Congress shall have Power

It seems like you are talking about Bitcoin vs The Congress, not Bitcoin vs We the people.

We the People:
Who are "We the People?" Are you one of them? The Constitution was made without the authority of the Colonies. It is like a group of university professors getting together and making a governmental document for their university, one which is not in authority until the people who own the university accept that authority. Nobody is alive of the original people who accepted the Constitutional authority. The Bill of Rights shows that you don't have to accept the authority. The Constitution means nothing, and never did. If you accept it as authority without being a governing official, you are being played.

Section 8:
1. The United States is limited to Washington D.C. and a few other places, but not to the lands of the individual States. So, why not taxes there? I mean, you can tax your household if you own your land and are the bread winner. And you do, like making the kids wash the dishes. So why not let governing officials tax D.C. that they own?

2-6. If you carry the wording beyond the things that it means, you are playing yourself at the same time you are being played by "them." The 9th Amendment says, essentially, that all the rights that people had before the Constitution was set in place, still remain among the people. You are being played if you are being suckered into not using the limiting parts of the Constitution and Amendments to limit governing officials in every way when you are not being benefited.

Further. The preamble is complete common law which tells us what the Constitution is for, that if the the Constitution is not a benefit to you, it is being used incorrectly, illegally, and unlawfully. The reason for the Constitution is to benefit you. That's the only reason it was made.

Your understanding of the whole thing is wrong if you think that you are one of "We the People," unless you are, of course. You are being played if you let anyone force you into thinking that you are one of "We the People" if you are not.

Google and Youtube search on "Karl Lentz common law." Listen to Karl and learn. See https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Twn96nj0jfw&list=PLHrkQxgz0mg6kUBciD-HIvTXByqjcIZ-D&index=10 and https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qN3MI70PFBw for starters. You need to get a whole new mindset for yourself, and then you need to have friends who will work with you in the event that your joint understanding is threatened by some Government official(s).

Bitcoin is part of the freedom you have. The 9th amendment upholds your freedom with regard to Governing officials.
