How can I start bitcoin exchange from New Zealand?

Hello all,
I am from New Zealand and have got the basic idea about bitcoin exchange. Now I want to start exchanging (i.e. buy/sell) bitcoin in any authentic bitcoin exchange using NZ Dollar. Can anyone help me to find an authentic and popular bitcoin exchange?
I have found several results by googling, but not sure which one is good and why?
