ICO's are just a white-paper with issued tokens via Ethereum and most of them collected millions. Chinese did the right thing by banning all that scammy ICO's and EU countries will f soon ! What's your view on that?

Yep I agree. And the legit ones usually crash bad after the early investors dump shortly thereafter. So caveat emptor and we must do our research and ferret out the weasels from their dens (see what I did there).  I think the very concept of generating millions prior to having any real product is more than criminal. Furthermore it seems to run counter to the counter-revolution that crypto truly is. I will only support community based projects that have earned their stripes under the strict scrutiny of more than a team or celebrity pumpers.

This is not always the case and you need to use your head and choose it well.

Take for example - ADAE, the ICO from my signature. An ICO with already working BETA version and very good perspective.

China's state regulation is right, their goal is to prevent their citizens from being fooled by ico scam. But I do not think such regulation is necessary, if the citizens understand about crypto, because the average person who is fooled by ico scam is a beginner. It is also our duty to educate beginners to understand the crypto correctly. Because not all ico scam and many nice ico potentially generate a lot of profits for its investors.

This is a normal situation, when a new sphere of activity, which until then was not known to the state, begins to be regulated by it. The sooner this process is launched, the better for all of us. As this will positively affect the reduction of such scam ICOs.
