Looking to bring life to 4 old BFL Monarchs...need help

Hello,

I have 4 old BFL monarch cards just collecting dust in a closet.  Never really set these up as I didn't have time or knowledge to do so.  I've been looking around on how to set these up and the info is rather scarce.  Are these even able to do the task?  I don't pay electricity so I figure I have nothing to lose.  Anyone able to help me out or point me in the right direction?  Thanks.
