Is investing in Bitcoin simply buying and selling Bitcoin?

you say invest right ? thats mean you buy and hold it "expend money with the expectation of achieving a profit or material result by putting it into financial schemes, shares, or property, or by using it to develop a commercial venture."
so you not just and buy and sell but yeah that depends. Or you can get profit by trade it to alt and take profit from it

What are these financial schemes, shares, or properties you are talking about? Where can I find them? I’m planning to invest in Bitcoin. I know that people here can help me that’s why I’m asking here in forum.

Yes if you want to make passive investment than investing in bitcoin is just buying at lower price and hold it for next few years and than sell it for huge profit.

But price can also get dumped hard like now, you shouldn't panic at similar dump/correction in future if you gonna buy now.

Investing doesn't necessarily mean buying and selling. Buying and selling pertains to trading. Investments take time. Very long time, waiting for your assets to grow its value and get a good profit out of it someday. But it also follow the rule of buy and sell so we can say yes but not simply buying and selling.

In the starting investing in bitcoin like this, it is best way and also it is easy way. After spend a time with bitcoin then you could do start trading. I checked the price of Bitcoin now and it is really dumping. Is this normal? I just read an article and it says the decrease in the price of Bitcoin is caused by the US regulators that stop share trading in crypto.

yes , thats how investing works. its like buying low and selling high but that is not the only way because investing also requires patience and dedication to hold and control your emotions. this is the number one rule you need to consider before trying or deciding to invest on bitcoin because if you posses to have these traits then for sure you will be a succesful investors when the right time comes. so goodluck.

Buying bitcoin currency when it falls and sell them at higher rate is called trading. Investments are of two types, short term and long term. In short term investment, buyer buys currency, decides the number of days he is going to hold and when that date comes and rates are as per the expectations he sells the currency. In long term investment, one sells his investment only after its set target is achieved, this may take one or even five to ten years. An investor must have capacity to hold his investment for a longer period of time.
