Don't know. That's something you have to check yourself. I think there is no mining software. You can post in Claymores thread and ask if there are some news. Or you try to write him directly. Those equihash forks are pretty new because the asics have just been released. So it might take a while. Like always developers are faster in adapting for Nvidia's CUDA then for OpenCL .. Can't blame Snowgem for that Edit: If you have AMD cards you might change to some other coin in the meantime. If you still want to help Snowgem grow just convert the coins you mine to XSG via exchanges. I guess, if you dont mind losing a large portion of your mining community. I would think mining software is pretty important to any pow coin. LOKI it is then. Good luck |

Excellent, TXID! One more version of SnowMine, which has upgraded a little bit, supports new Equihash algorithm. Lives of miners become a bit easier with SnowMine and Snowgem project. |

Some day later, ASIC-developers will make adjustments to adapt to Equihash forks. I also heard about flexible ASICs. Nevertheless, by now, new algorithm of Snowgem will perform well to prevent dominant hashrates and potential replay attacks from Equihash-ASICs. Those equihash forks are pretty new because the asics have just been released. So it might take a while.

Well I am glad that some action was taken to fork this coin - still a solid believer even though I would very much like to see a paper wallet - primarily because this would allow me to keep my XSG safe. I know that there are many more items of import coming fourth, so that is understandable.
