They've been very good about giving refunds via PayPal (at least when I tried it).  Just email customer support and they'll help you out.

Sweden is a good country for customers, and on top of that PayPal is very protective too.

You should be fine as long as you don't order-refund-order-... you got the idea.

I've seen a few people post they requested a refund from KNC due to a life circumstance where they now needed their money "investment" returned.  All had exemplary things to say about KNC's prompt service.

I payed for hosting in btc without having ordered a miner first. When I realized it I asked for a refund and they will pay back with USD (Bitpay).
I will inform when I see the money in my account. They are very professional and legit, I don't think there will be issues if asked for refund!

After dealing with KNCminer, I've come to the conclusion they are a very unscrupulous bunch.

I've been attempting to get a refund from them for a product and they use every trick in the book to not refund any money.

They claim it takes 3 to 10 days to process a refund.   In practice what happens, is they wait 10 days then look for some additional info they need from you, claiming they cant send the wire, then they wait another 10 days after you give them what they want, then look for more info they need from you.  I suspect they keep this up until its "too late" to refund anything.

Indeed, I agree with you there, we have likewise been waiting, and waiting, and talking with lawyers, seeking additional resources to get our rightfully refundable money returned on a considerable order - with no product delivered (Neptunes).

So, for the record, these are the ratbags supposedly running this company:

The founders of KnCMiner:
Andreas Kennemar
http://se.linkedin.com/pub/andreas-kennemar/7/a72/381
Johan Rilegård
http://se.linkedin.com/in/johanrilegard/
Marcus Erlandsson
http://se.linkedin.com/pub/marcus-erlandsson/1/20a/680/
Michael Unnebäck
http://se.linkedin.com/pub/michael-unnebäck/5/725/20/
Sam Cole
http://se.linkedin.com/pub/sam-cole/1/1a8/22/

Additionally, we contacted the VC behind the recent fundraising; amazing that they closed $14mill through this company.
They stated that ALL refund commitments would be met. He also stated this fact via a WSJ article on the funding of KnC.

I've been waiting over 6 months for a NEPTUNE 1 refund requested back in May. No dice. This is fucked company that will probably go the way of Butterfly Labs very shortly. Avoid them at all costs and spread the word!
