Bittrex Stop Loss Explained

Hi I was wondering how does the Stop-loss for Bittrex work? Can I do like this.....

I want to sell a coin for 650Sat again I want to sell the same coin for 430Sat lets assuming my buying price is 450Sat.

In one trade can I do that In bittrex?

If then how to do that .... I have seen a lot of video on youTube and seem it is not possible in bittrex or am i missing anything?
