Yes, bitcoin price is down but it is not a panic price, it is a little dump and it is because its a Christmas time and people are using their money and withdraw the bitcoin into cash to celebrate this even with full of happiness and gifts. Yes, it is also a good time to buy bitcoin.

I do not know why people keep attributing this to Christmas. A fall can happen anytime and we have had some huge percentage dips even in this year alone and previous years that was not even at the end of the year.

Nevertheless, there really is no need for anyone to panic, it is the way things are meant to be after some parabolic bullish move and now we just hope that the scaling issue even come by to save the day to see some bulls moving in. Because everything is temporary.

The bulls were temporary and definitely the bears will also have some time to go and rest as well. This is a very fluctuated market and we already know the reason why that is but for now, it is something we have to keep living with as it would still continue until the scaling issue is solved and we get to see the main value of bitcoin and not just some greedy set of people trying to opt in for the profit.

Yes its true and I agree with you bitcoin don’t accept panic if you will do panic here so you can lose your profit not only in holding but also in selling and buying always play here carefully because it’s a matter of money and your small mistake can give you lose last month I did a mistake I sold my bitcoin without going to check the price and as a result I lose in bitcoin so that’s why it’s very important to be relax here and enjoy your work.

Sell on panic is really not a good thing and you should not ever do that. Bitcoin is dumping but it doesn't mean it will become 0 in value, its just a correction and good opportunity to buy more. Bitcoin will bounce back and make good money for us, be more patient.

It is not a bad move for long term holders I would say long term holders should not be concerned about these kind of pump and dump because it is normal in crypto world and even they know about this so to be honest the only losers will be those newbie who end up panic selling at the lesser price.

I totally agree with you. I also think that this downfall on its market value is just temporary and will eventually increase. Holding would be a much better idea than to sell because of panic. As you've said, we should buy to take advantage of the low price. The investment will be fruitful once its value again, increases.

We dont have to be panic during this time of bitcoin price that have been down lately. In this phase of bitcoin the time to hold and wait for the price to move upward. Observe the price and surely will tend to go up again.

Yes, this time the correction has been taking longer time than that of the time in the past. Panic is quite common with the cryptocurrency, but the one who has experienced it won't get into the panic state. The concern person will surely try to multiply or increase his holding value of bitcoin.

We have seen Bitcoin like this many time so I bet to those who are  more than six months in the industry will definitely know that bitcoin will eventually rebound and surpass its previous ATH.  I only hope that new comers will look at the price historical chart of Bitcoin for them to be able to identify this scenario and not be shaken by the current dip of Bitcoin.  I believe Bitcoin will be higher on the following months so there is only one option for me and that is to HODL.

We need those downtrends to later have something to regret. Not long ago I held when it was going down to $3000 and I thought to myself if I should sell because it could be the end of the uptrend. I know many people did and later regretted it when the prices were breaking ATH time after time. The forum is full of people who sold at various levels thinking it was the end of Bitcoin, but it wasn't.
