please help! unconfirmed transaction.

hi, i did a btc transaction a few hours ago, but it hasn't shown up yet. i suspect it is because my fee is too low. (178sat/b)
may someone please advise on what I can/should do now?

i tried using the flash sign in my ledger nano s. it shows custom fees to be 1000 sat/b but it also has a row that shows the "total spent" which is some crazy high amount, and a row that says "amount" which is an acceptable amount. which one should i refer to?

You are right its because you pay small fee that is why you are having slow transaction look at the https://bitcoinfees.earn.com/
The fee is increasing day by day.. and hope next time to always check the bitcoinfees when planning to send your bitcoin to other address so that your transaction could confirm in few minutes..
