I don't know if its possible to bypass or edit things specially if it is already written on a view-only google sheet. As far as I know you cant really edit unless if you do have the permission on editing it which you would really need to request on the sheet creator. If things changes or informations then there would be only 1 possible case which the manager or other people do have access permission which they can able to edit things. This is why we should really be vigilant on our applications and the listed informations attached to it.
There are 2 possibly scenarios that I can think of regarding the change in your address:
1. someone hacked and change your address
2. those who have access to the spreadsheet change it
In scenario 1, I'm not sure if you are the only one who's address have been change or everyone in the campaign as well, but if this really what happens, most likely everyone address should be edited as well. In scenario 2, those who have access (bounty managers, assistants, devs) could have inadvertently change your address. If I can recall there was one campaign that also have addresses change (Car Taxi). Its still up for debate on who actually change the address, finger pointing from the bounty manager to his assistant. So this is not the first time that I have heard this issue, but thanks for giving us a fair warning, specially those campaigning in the bounty section.
