Has anyone ever heard of a token called Philanthropic Credit?

Its listed on Lykke as an asset I think it would be incredibly useful in the marketplace ...., Philanthropic Credit it is used for philanthropy and is the only coin of its kind and backed dollar for dollar as well so no volatility.

Are there companies or individuals out there that can assist in getting it added to an exchange?
