bitmain wont refund for the orders they did not deliver

I placed order in august for the L3+ september batch
due to the indian custom issue bitmain didnot ship the order
I have created ticket since september and r just playing games every time im asking for a refund
plzz can any1 of u help solving this issue ? as now im losing my patience.

Hey I am in the same situation as you....I am from india and ordered 2 antminers d3 in august for november batch and applies for refund...they are doing the same thing to me....saying please wait patiently for some time and whatnot.

I dont know what to do my self cuz I paid 0.88 btc to them when it was $3000 per btc and now btc is $14000 so i want my original btc back.

Worst case scenario is I think we have to go to china and get btc back in their office as someone did the same and they got the money back.

Bitmain is sure trying to steal our money in which city u r in can we make a group in what's app or in slack with all the indian people who haven't bring refunded by the bitmain

I do understand that the refund process is difficult for Bitmain. I'm 100% sure that they are going to refund, but we need to make the process faster.
I thought exactly the same that all of us who have refunds pending should form a group and came searching on this forum and found this thread, please keep this thread updated and let's find more and more people who are in the same situation.
Also please post a chat.whatsapp.com group invite link here in case some one makes a WhatsApp group or any other kind of group.

i got the refund few weeks ago as well.
AFAIK anyone who has asked for refund before 28 Oct have already received the refund, provided it was asked through a support ticket with subject something as "refund for india order". Xiru from their customer care takes care of the refund process. If your ticket does not get re-assigned to Xiru, refund will most likely not get processed because except for Xiru no one in the customer care knows anything about refund.

what are u talking abt ? just read everything
indian govt has banned bitmain miners
so bitmain did not ship the orders to india n taking more than 4-5 months to refund
still many of us haven't received our refund

As per the screenshot, its all good. you would get in 2 weeks if it has gone to their financial deptt.
Can you also post the screenshot of the refund request of 2nd week of October. They have cleared all refunds till 28th Oct. I think your request may have been in the last week of October.

it doesn't matter when u paid. they are processing the refunds based on the date of refund request. and they do it in monthly batches.
